When waffles are done, serve with sour cream, jam, sugar, brown cheese or whatever you prefer. In Norway sour cream with strawberry jam or brown cheese topped with raspberry jam are popular.
To prepare, mix with 200ml melted butter and 1 litre of water. Heat your waffle iron to hot and bake. This is a family pack and makes a 14-16 Nordic waffles.
